How to Cancel Your Kegel Men Subscription Purchased on the Website?

Canceling your subscription will stop future billing. You will still have access to Kegel Men Premium features until the end of your current billing period, after which the subscription will not renew.

Remember to cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Cancel Through the Customer Portal

If you purchased your Kegel Men subscription through our website, you can view and manage your subscription using through the Customer Portal.

On this page, you can locate your subscription using one of the following details:

• The email address used during the purchase

• The Customer ID provided during checkout

• The last 4 digits of the credit card used for the purchase

Once your subscription is located, you will be able to access and manage your subscription, including canceling it.

You can find your Kegel Men User ID in the app by following these steps:

1. Open the Kegel Men app.

2. Go to the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.

3. Open your Profile page.

4. Scroll down to see your User ID.
