If the app is stuck on a loading screen or shows a black screen after opening, this is usually caused by an outdated version or temporary app issues.
You can try the steps below to resolve the problem:
1. Reinstall the App (Recommended First Step)
Outdated app versions may cause loading issues. Reinstalling ensures you are using the latest version.
- Delete the Kegel Men app from your device
- Download it again from the App Store / Google Play Store
- Open the app
On the launch screen:
- Tap “Already have an account? Sign In”
- Enter your account details or you'll be directed to the app.
You should now be able to access the app normal.
2. Try Logging In Via the Initial Quiz
If the issue persists after signing in, try entering the app through the initial quiz flow:
- Delete and reinstall the app again
- Open the app
- This time, do not tap “Sign In”
- Complete the initial quiz
- Log in when prompted after the quiz
Please note that after taking the initial quiz, you may encounter payment screens. To continue, simply wait a moment and close them by clicking the (X) button in the upper-right corner.
