Kegel Men creates a personalized plan for each user based on their initial questionnaire, ensuring the exercises match individual needs and goals.
The Kegel plan consists of three main components:
- Kegel Exercises (Core): The foundation of the plan, focusing directly on strengthening pelvic floor muscles.
- Fitness Exercises: Designed to support overall strength and improve the pelvic region.
- Breathing Exercises: Help you gain better control and enhance the effectiveness of Kegel training.
While Kegel exercises are the main focus and should be completed daily, fitness and breathing exercises are optional. They may not appear every day in your plan, but you can access them anytime from the main page for additional benefit.
To progress in your plan:
- You need a Premium subscription.
- You must complete at least 2 out of 3 Kegel exercises per day.
If you complete fewer than 2 exercises, you will stay on the same day until the requirement is met. The app also limits you to a maximum of 3 Kegel exercises per day to prevent overtraining, which could be harmful rather than beneficial.
