How Do I Start A New Kegel Exercise Plan?

Kegel Men users typically follow the personalized plan created during their initial onboarding. However, we understand that your needs may change over time, and you may want to start a new plan.

Please note:

• Once you create a new personal plan, your previous plan will no longer be accessible
• You will start from Day 1 with your new plan

How to Start a New Plan

To create a new personalized plan, you need to reset your app experience:

1. Delete the Kegel Men app from your device
2. Download and install it again from the App Store / Google Play Store
3. Open the app
4. Complete the initial quiz to generate a new personalized plan

During the process, you may encounter paywalls, please wait for the (X) button to appear in the top right corner to continue.

After entering the app, follow the steps below based on where you purchased your subscription:

If You Purchased via App Store / Google Play Store 

If you have an active subscription through the App Store or Google Play:

1. Open the app
2. If your Premium is not active, you may see locked content
3. Tap on any locked feature
4. A paywall screen will appear
5. Tap the “Restore” option at the bottom of the screen

This will restore your Premium access automatically.

If You Purchased via Website

If you purchased your subscription through the website, you can activate Premium following the steps below:

1. Tap on the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen
2. Tap on the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top corner of your profile
3. In the Settings menu, select Activate Premium
4. Enter your activation details if prompted

Once completed, your Premium access will be activated.
