How Do I Set a Reminder for Kegel Exercises?

Consistency is the key to seeing results with Kegel exercises. Regular practice is more important than intensity — building a habit over time will lead to better control and stronger pelvic floor muscles.

Setting reminders can help you stay on track and make your exercises part of your daily routine.

Steps to Set a Reminder

1. Tap on the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen
2. Scroll down on the profile screen
3. Find the Reminder option
4. Turn the reminder (On)
5. Select your preferred days and time
6. Tap Save to apply your changes

Once set, you’ll receive notifications to help you stay consistent with your Kegel training.
